Senior Technical Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Senior Technical Consultant specializing in Data Conversion, who will serve as the primary customer point of contact for data conversion efforts within ERP projects in the US Healthcare Industry, while leveraging extensive experience with HRMS, Financial, and Supply Chain systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage data conversion processes and act as the liaison between project teams and customers
• Utilize ETL tools and programming languages to execute technical tasks and fulfill client requirements
• Analyze client business needs and translate them into operational requirements for successful project implementation

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years in ERP Data Conversion or Technical Project Implementation roles with hands-on experience
• At least 4 years in a senior or leadership consulting role managing multiple customer engagements
• Direct experience with ETL tooling and programming languages such as SQL, Python, and XML
• Familiarity with ERP and EMR systems like PeopleSoft, Lawson, Workday, Epic, and Meditech
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret client needs and deliver technical solutions
