Senior Technical Consultant
Job Summary
Delivering technical projects and administering the Atlassian suite, the full-time Senior Technical Consultant will formulate recommendations and solutions to address client needs while working remotely across North America.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and guide a team of consultants in implementing technological solutions
- Define and document technical architecture and serve as the main point of contact for solution design and implementation
- Analyze and implement customer technical needs, including installation and configuration of Jira and Confluence on a Linux platform
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in ITSM, Agile, or digital transformation consulting
- Strong knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, BitBucket)
- Experience in producing solution documentation and architecture diagrams
- Familiarity with integrations, automation, and reporting ecosystems around Atlassian tools
- Experience in migrations of Atlassian applications
