Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Consultant - CRM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, and deliver CRM and Industry Workflow solutions on the Now Platform
  • Act as a trusted advisor on configuration vs. customization and lead customer design workshops
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution quality and support AI-first delivery
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience with complex SaaS/CRM platforms
  • Expertise in at least one major CRM/workflow platform (Salesforce, Pega, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of CRM business processes such as lead-to-cash and service management
  • Experience with integration technologies (REST/SOAP, JSON, etc.)
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required within 60-90 days of hire
