Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of Technical Consultants to ensure delivery and customer satisfaction
• Oversee execution of activation and expansion engagements, ensuring adherence to best practices
• Act as a point of escalation for technical blockers and partner cross-functionally with various teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solutions management, technical consulting, or implementation leadership
• 2-3 years of experience managing individual contributors and team outcomes
• Deep understanding of ERP systems and finance/accounting workflows
• Strong people management and coaching skills
• Cross-functional collaboration experience with various teams
