Senior Technical Content Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Knowledge Engineering Transformation team, the remote Senior Technical Content Engineer will develop, review, and maintain high-quality technical documentation for security and AI-driven solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging modern content management tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical documentation for security and AI solutions
• Collaborate with teams to plan and execute content programs from ideation to publication
• Utilize tools like Markdown, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines to manage content workflows

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical content development, technical writing, or content program management for software or cloud products
• 2+ years of experience with docs-as-code workflows, including Markdown and GitHub
• Proficiency in software development and scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and familiarity with AI/ML platforms
• Strong understanding of software development concepts, version control, APIs, and command-line tools
