Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Content Manager to join their Product Management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the lifecycle of Help Center content to ensure a reliable self-service resource
  • Conduct content gap analysis and maintain a prioritized content roadmap
  • Analyze AI interactions for patterns and knowledge gaps to inform content improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in technical writing, knowledge management, or content strategy, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Experience training or maintaining an AI support bot or similar tool
  • Strong technical writing skills for creating clear customer-facing documentation
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Eligibility to work in the region of hire without sponsorship
