Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor for strategic and enterprise customers, ensuring they derive business value
- Manage post-sales relationships and lead customer lifecycle programs to drive adoption and retention
- Represent customer feedback to internal teams and contribute to customer-facing content
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or related roles within SaaS or Enterprise software
- Proven ability to influence business decisions and build consensus among stakeholders
- Experience with Enterprise customers in complex environments
- Familiarity with observability, APM, monitoring, or DevOps platforms
- Based in EST or CST
