Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for strategic and enterprise customers, ensuring they derive business value
  • Manage post-sales relationships and lead customer lifecycle programs to drive adoption and retention
  • Represent customer feedback to internal teams and contribute to customer-facing content
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or related roles within SaaS or Enterprise software
  • Proven ability to influence business decisions and build consensus among stakeholders
  • Experience with Enterprise customers in complex environments
  • Familiarity with observability, APM, monitoring, or DevOps platforms
  • Based in EST or CST
