Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach customers throughout their lifecycle and collaborate with the Customer Experience teams to ensure successful outcomes
  • Define adoption plans and post-sales engagement strategies, and work with Sales and Product teams to maximize customer value
  • Innovate tools and processes for efficiency while managing customer projects and applying product knowledge to real-world scenarios
Required Qualifications
  • Experience managing a portfolio of commercial customers with a focus on automated customer engagement techniques
  • Strong understanding of complex technology environments, particularly in SaaS, Open Source, or Infrastructure software
  • Familiarity with Cloud Native technologies, including Containerization, Kubernetes, and Microservices
  • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Cloud Computing IaaS principles
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, with Spanish as a preferred language
