Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach customers throughout their lifecycle and collaborate with the Customer Experience teams to ensure successful outcomes
- Define adoption plans and post-sales engagement strategies, and work with Sales and Product teams to maximize customer value
- Innovate tools and processes for efficiency while managing customer projects and applying product knowledge to real-world scenarios
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing a portfolio of commercial customers with a focus on automated customer engagement techniques
- Strong understanding of complex technology environments, particularly in SaaS, Open Source, or Infrastructure software
- Familiarity with Cloud Native technologies, including Containerization, Kubernetes, and Microservices
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Cloud Computing IaaS principles
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, with Spanish as a preferred language
