Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Customer Success Manager to enhance customer satisfaction and retention for large enterprise organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead implementation and onboarding processes with customers, documenting and accelerating plans
  • Track customer success metrics and proactively monitor customer health for optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share customer feedback and advocate for product improvements


Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing Customer Success or Account Management role
  • Experience with CSM tools (SalesForce, Hubspot, Intercom) and ticketing tools (Jira)
  • Strong understanding of AWS services, cloud computing, and networking technologies
  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification or willingness to complete within 90 days
  • Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification or willingness to complete within 90 days
