Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Customer Success Manager - OEM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage technical relationships with OEM/Embed partners, supporting onboarding, architecture design, and product integration
  • Guide partners on implementation and architecture decisions, including API integration and workflow execution models
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to solve integration challenges and ensure production-ready deployments
Required Qualifications
  • Strong technical foundation with experience in APIs, backend systems, and debugging integration issues
  • Experience with embedded platforms or developer tools
  • Expertise in architecture and implementation, particularly in multi-tenant systems and workflow orchestration
  • Understanding of AI and automation systems
  • Business acumen regarding OEM partnerships and licensing structures
