Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Customer Success Manager - OEM.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage technical relationships with OEM/Embed partners, supporting onboarding, architecture design, and product integration
- Guide partners on implementation and architecture decisions, including API integration and workflow execution models
- Collaborate with engineering teams to solve integration challenges and ensure production-ready deployments
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical foundation with experience in APIs, backend systems, and debugging integration issues
- Experience with embedded platforms or developer tools
- Expertise in architecture and implementation, particularly in multi-tenant systems and workflow orchestration
- Understanding of AI and automation systems
- Business acumen regarding OEM partnerships and licensing structures
