Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Customer Success Manager who excels at creating fanatic customers for life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fully own a book of business consisting of 12-18 accounts totaling $2-5M ARR
  • Provide advanced product-level technical expertise, leading customer onboarding and resolving complex technical challenges
  • Organize and lead value-focused executive business reviews with each customer at least once per year
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing post-sales or implementation role in SaaS environments
  • 5+ years of hands-on work in SQL or writing code, including custom API-based integrations
  • Experience in proactive account management and driving successful outcomes
  • Ability to collaborate with Engineering, Product, Support, and Sales teams
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
