Job Summary
Senior Technical Customer Success Manager is a full-time position responsible for managing post-sales relationships with strategic customers, translating business goals into technical strategies, and driving customer adoption and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of strategic and enterprise customers
- Lead customer lifecycle programs, including onboarding and feature adoption
- Represent the voice of the customer to internal teams to influence product development
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or related roles within SaaS or Enterprise software
- Proven track record of influencing business decisions across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Enterprise customers in complex environments
- Familiarity with observability, APM, monitoring, or DevOps platforms
- Organized and capable of managing multiple customer relationships effectively
