Job Summary
Driving product adoption and ensuring customer success, the full-time Senior Technical Customer Success Manager will manage post-sale relationships, provide technical support, and collaborate with clients to align business goals with SaaS solutions in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own post-sale customer relationships and act as the primary technical point of contact
- Drive product adoption through effective onboarding, training, and ongoing support
- Analyze customer data and usage trends to identify opportunities and risks
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solution Consulting in a SaaS or software product company
- Strong SQL skills and working experience with Python or R
- Experience with dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and data modeling
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
