Senior Technical Delivery Lead

Job Summary

To ensure successful customer implementation engagements, the full-time remote Senior Technical Delivery Lead will manage delivery plans, align multi-party teams, and proactively mitigate risks while driving execution with technical credibility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of customer implementation engagements, translating outcomes into a delivery plan and driving execution
• Keep the implementation team aligned on goals, outcomes, ways of working, and budget, ensuring shared accountability
• Own stakeholder communication by providing clear, evidence-based status updates and facilitating timely decisions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a (Technical) Delivery Lead / Project Management role in the Enterprise Software or SaaS industry
• Proven track record in leading (agile) customer-facing Professional Services implementation engagements
• Advanced communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences
• Strong aptitude for strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving
• Passion for solving customer challenges and driving customer success in an ARR-driven enterprise software business
