Job Summary
Driving the delivery of complex online assessment systems, the full-time Senior Technical Delivery Manager will ensure client requirements are met through meticulous planning, documentation, and user acceptance testing while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of integrated online systems across multiple assessment programs, managing system configurations and dependencies
- Oversee the technical specifications process and lead user acceptance testing, ensuring alignment with client expectations
- Manage risk activities and address escalations, maintaining proactive communication with clients and stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with 7+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 5+ years of experience
- Strong analytical skills and a basic understanding of SQL
- Proven ability to grasp technical concepts and the software development lifecycle
- Excellent documentation skills and a proactive, detail-oriented attitude
- Familiarity with bug tracking software, such as Jira, is a plus
