Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Director, Digital Submission & Platform Engineering to provide strategic and technical leadership for an enterprise-grade digitization and electronic submission platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and technical direction of the digitization platform
• Oversee integration of document ingestion, AI/ML extraction models, and submission workflows
• Build and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team while ensuring high availability and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 15 years of experience in software engineering or enterprise systems leadership
• Experience architecting large-scale, mission-critical platforms
• Strong background in AI/ML document processing and XML data exchange
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing engineering teams
