A company is looking for a Senior Technical Director - ML & Algorithms.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the machine learning and algorithmic strategy across various business lines
• Architect large-scale ML and data processing systems for operational data analysis
• Mentor technical staff and contribute thought leadership on applied ML for enterprise analytics

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, ML systems, or advanced algorithm development
• Proven experience delivering ML or algorithmic systems into production at scale
• Strong background in large datasets and end-to-end ML system design
• Solid coding skills in Python and Java, with a foundation in optimization and statistics
• Experience with mainframe systems and data sources is preferred
