Senior Technical Enablement Manager

Job Summary

Championing AI-powered enablement practices, the full-time Senior Technical Enablement Manager will develop and deliver technical training for internal teams and agency partners, focusing on enhancing technical confidence and knowledge of the Pantheon platform in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain technical certification programs and ongoing skill development tracks for various teams
• Translate complex platform concepts into field-ready content and deliver demo excellence programs for Solutions Engineers and Account Executives
• Define enablement KPIs and continuously improve program effectiveness based on feedback and data analysis

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in technical enablement, sales engineering, or product training in a SaaS environment
• Proven ability to create field-ready content for non-technical audiences and influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience in building technical certification programs and blended learning experiences
• Working knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
• Familiarity with enablement tech stacks, including LMS/LXP platforms and AI-assisted authoring tools
