Senior Technical Enablement Manager

Job Summary

Owning the readiness and development experience for the Solutions Engineering organization, the full-time Senior Technical Enablement Manager will design onboarding programs, drive ongoing technical readiness, and build certification frameworks to enhance the team's effectiveness in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver a structured onboarding program for new Solutions Engineers, tracking ramp KPIs to accelerate readiness
• Build and maintain continuous learning programs that keep Solutions Engineers updated on product evolutions and competitive shifts
• Develop and manage the SE certification framework, ensuring high-quality demos and technical readiness through regular refreshes and training

Required qualifications

• 4-7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales enablement or solutions engineering in a high-growth SaaS environment
• Deep understanding of the Solutions Engineering function and effective demo practices
• Proven experience in building certification programs and technical learning journeys
• Familiarity with tools like Gong and AI roleplay tools for training purposes
• Strong data orientation with the ability to leverage performance data to inform program design
