Senior Technical Growth Architect

Job Summary

Supporting strategic federal opportunities remotely, the full-time Senior Technical Growth Architect will partner with Growth, Capture, and GTM leadership to develop compelling technical approaches that drive business growth and enhance proposal efforts.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with Growth, Capture, and GTM leadership to qualify and shape strategic federal opportunities
• Support capture and proposal efforts from early qualification through submission, developing technical win themes and customer-focused solution narratives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical and growth strategies while contributing to proposal content and solution frameworks

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of professional experience in technical consulting, engineering, architecture, or related fields
• 5+ years of relevant experience in federal capture, business development, or proposal strategy
• Demonstrated experience in developing federal government proposals and understanding procurement environments
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to communicate modern technical architectures
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
