Senior Technical Growth Architect

Job Summary

Partnering closely with Growth, Capture, and GTM leadership, the remote Senior Technical Growth Architect will support qualification, capture, and proposal efforts for strategic federal opportunities while developing compelling technical approaches that drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify and shape strategic federal opportunities in collaboration with Growth, Capture, and GTM teams
• Support capture and proposal efforts from early qualification through submission, developing technical win themes and solution narratives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with growth initiatives and contribute to proposal content and solution frameworks

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in technical consulting, engineering, architecture, or related fields
• 5+ years of recent experience in federal capture, business development, or proposal strategy
• Demonstrated experience in developing federal government proposals
• Strong understanding of modern technical architectures and the ability to communicate them effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
