Senior Technical Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Leading enterprise software implementations, the full-time Senior Technical Implementation Manager will drive technical solution delivery for healthcare and life sciences customers, operating remotely while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise implementations from discovery and requirements gathering through deployment and post-launch support
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers throughout implementation engagements
• Manage implementation timelines, risks, dependencies, escalations, and delivery milestones across multiple client initiatives

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or enterprise SaaS delivery roles
• Strong experience supporting Salesforce platforms and regulated enterprise SaaS application environments
• Experience managing enterprise client relationships and complex implementation projects
• Understanding of enterprise data architecture and integration workflows
• Familiarity with technologies such as AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, APIs, and SFTP/FTPS
