Senior Technical Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Leading platform configurations and integrations, the full-time Senior Technical Implementation Manager will oversee end-to-end technical onboarding for new clients, ensuring timely and accurate implementations in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the technical onboarding process, including platform setup, SFTP connections, and data integrity checks
• Act as the primary technical resource for clients, translating requirements into scalable solutions while maintaining strong client relationships
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve workflows and reduce manual interventions across the implementation process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
• 3-5+ years of experience in technical implementation, SaaS delivery, or technical operations, preferably in healthcare or healthtech
• Strong understanding of ETL pipelines, API integrations, HIPAA & SOC 2 compliance, and data ingestion processes
• Experience with file transfer protocols, claims data, and healthcare integrations
• Prior client-facing experience in technical account management or project management, with PMP certification preferred
