Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Implementation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the technical aspects of the customer integrations process for seamless implementations
• Collaborate with clients' technical stakeholders to develop tailored integration plans
• Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain data integration processes using APIs and database connectivity

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a technical implementation or solutions engineering role within a B2B SaaS environment
• Demonstrated proficiency in PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL databases
• Experience with data migration tools and data integration concepts
• Experience working directly with enterprise clients
