Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Implementation Specialist to manage WMS projects and guide clients through software deployment and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of new and upgraded WMS releases for national clients across various distribution environments
• Manage full project lifecycle including discovery, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post go live support
• Analyze warehouse operations to identify opportunities for workflow optimization and provide training to client teams

Qualifications

• Experience with WMS or supply chain execution software implementations
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution workflows
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to collaborate closely with technical development teams
