Senior Technical Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Senior Technical Implementation Specialist is a full-time remote position responsible for leading the technical implementation team in system configurations, testing, and client setup for telecommunications projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and tracking of implementation milestones and tailor platform configurations to meet customer requirements
• Generate device configurations for installations and perform software updates and new releases
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior Technical Implementation Specialists and identify process improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 10+ years of advanced experience in Voice & Data, Telecom Network & Design, and cloud-based systems
• Experience with Fortinet, Ubiquity, Wireless, and Ruckus network solutions
• In-depth understanding of computer/network security concepts and experience analyzing network traffic
• Knowledge of Linux OS and network management systems
