Senior Technical Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Technical Implementation Specialist will configure Plenful for new customers, engage with clients to gather feedback and support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive implementation success.

Key responsibilities

• Configure Plenful for new customers and use cases, improving the implementation process for efficiency
• Engage with customers in meetings to understand their needs and guide them through the implementation timeline
• Collaborate with Account Management and Sales to define operational requirements and identify opportunities for contract expansions

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Implementation, Technical Account Management, or a related field
• Direct experience in customer-facing roles or managing customer relationships
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience with APIs and/or healthcare integration standards (FHIR, HL7)
• BA/BS degree preferred
