Senior Technical Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Partnering closely with the Director of Content Development, the full-time Senior Technical Instructional Designer will design high-impact learning experiences for technical enablement audiences, translating complex technical concepts into structured programs while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Shape enablement strategies and curriculum roadmaps for technical sellers and partners
• Lead the design of comprehensive learning experiences, including assessments and scenario-based training
• Establish instructional design standards and guide contributors to ensure alignment with program goals

Required qualifications

• Significant experience designing training for technical enablement audiences, such as Sales Engineers and technical sellers
• Advanced instructional design expertise, including curriculum architecture and assessment strategies
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical objectives into effective learning solutions
• Experience designing learning across various modalities, including eLearning and instructor-led training
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
