Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Review client Request for Proposals (RFPs) and collaborate with subject matter experts to clarify project scope and deliverables
Develop and edit detailed technical proposals, including project background, objectives, deliverables, methods, and budget
Manage proposal development workflow and maintain a centralized RFI/RFP knowledge database

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Science with 5+ years, Master of Science with 2+ years, or Ph.D. with 1+ year of experience in scientific or biotechnology fields
Proven scientific writing skills and experience with proposal or RFP writing is a plus
Ability to work within cross-functional teams to meet client expectations
Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities
Experience working independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
