Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Lead (Freelance) to architect and deliver a new web platform focused on a retrieval-augmented generation search experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect the end-to-end technical solution for a new web platform featuring a RAG-based search engine
• Establish and maintain DevOps foundations, including CI/CD pipelines and environment setup
• Conduct architectural reviews and provide technical mentorship to ensure engineering best practices

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on engineering experience with technical leadership on complex cloud-based builds
• Deep expertise with Google Cloud Platform, including Vertex AI and GCP networking fundamentals
• Proven experience designing or implementing RAG and AI-powered search workflows
• Strong system design skills capable of creating clear technical architectures from ambiguous goals
• Proficiency with DevOps tooling and modern cloud infrastructure practices
