Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Lead (Platform Modernization & AI Systems) - Remote LATAM.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the migration strategy from WordPress/Kadence to Laravel/Filament while ensuring service stability
• Lead the development of the Laravel/Filament hub and manage client environment and content operations
• Establish and enforce development standards and mentor the existing development team during the transition

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in migrating live production systems
• Deep knowledge of WordPress, including multisite and data structures
• 5+ years of experience with Laravel and hands-on experience with Filament or equivalent
• Experience in building background job pipelines and ensuring data integrity
• Familiarity with AI integration and human-in-the-loop workflows for content generation
