Job Summary

Guiding the design and implementation of complex software solutions, the full-time Senior Technical Lead will provide hands-on leadership for federal healthcare systems, mentor developers, and ensure project delivery aligns with high-quality standards in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead technical direction and day-to-day management of development teams, ensuring high standards of software quality and timely project execution
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in software development
• Design and oversee system architecture implementation, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical requirements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum of 7+ years in software development, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role
• Experience with microservices architecture and modern full-stack technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and containerization technologies like Docker
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools such as Jenkins
