Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

Guiding the design and implementation of complex software solutions, the full-time remote Senior Technical Lead will manage development teams, mentor junior developers, and drive innovation while ensuring compliance with federal healthcare standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the technical direction and daily management of development teams, ensuring high standards of software quality and timely project execution
• Mentor developers by providing technical leadership, conducting code reviews, and promoting best practices in software development
• Design and oversee system architecture implementation, aligning technical delivery with business needs and compliance requirements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 7+ years of software development experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or technical lead role
• Experience with microservices architecture and modern full-stack development technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and containerization technologies such as Docker
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools like Jenkins
