Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Senior Technical Lead will write and edit detailed technical proposals and project plans for biopharmaceutical services, ensuring alignment with client needs and KBI's standards, while working remotely with occasional travel.

Key responsibilities

• Review client RFPs and collaborate with SMEs to clarify project scope and deliverables
• Develop and edit proposals, including project background, objectives, timelines, and budget details
• Participate in client meetings to represent KBI's technical capabilities and address project plan refinements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 2+ years, or a Ph.D. with 1+ year in scientific or biotechnology roles
• Proven scientific writing skills and experience with proposal or RFP writing
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
• Strong time management skills and capability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Experience in both independent and collaborative work environments
