Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

To support application maintenance and production support activities, the contract Senior Technical Lead will manage incident monitoring, defect management, and coordination with business and IT stakeholders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee application support and maintenance, including incident monitoring and resolution
• Manage batch monitoring and defect management processes
• Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders, including offshore and nearshore teams

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a technical lead role
• Proficiency in Mainframe, DB2, VSAM, and CICS
• Experience in production support activities and metrics reporting
• Ability to work in shifts and provide weekend support for deployments
• Strong background in coordinating with cross-functional teams
