Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

Providing technical and product leadership for complex federal healthcare systems, the full-time Senior Technical Lead will own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog while guiding the design and implementation of scalable software solutions in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and federal healthcare requirements
• Serve as the primary technical liaison with stakeholders, leading solution discussions and gathering requirements
• Drive solution discovery by collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate technical options and recommend scalable solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 7+ years of software development experience, with at least 2-3 years in a Technical Lead or similar leadership role
• Demonstrated experience defining product vision and managing product roadmaps
• Experience with microservices architecture and modern full-stack development technologies, including JavaScript and REST APIs
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, with experience leading backlog refinement and sprint planning
