Job Summary
Working remotely in a permanent position, the Senior Technical Lead will oversee application development projects, focusing on Java Web/Enterprise solutions while ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance across cloud environments.
Key responsibilities
- Lead application development initiatives with a strong emphasis on automation, scaling, and reliability
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, utilizing tools such as Cloudbees or Jenkins
- Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) and translate findings to enterprise-scale applications
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of IT experience with Java Web/Enterprise projects
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and relevant frameworks
- Solid understanding of AWS cloud computing platforms; AWS Certification preferred
- Experience with APM/observability tools such as NewRelic, Datadog, or Dynatrace
- Knowledge of AI technologies and Gen AI tools like GHCP and AWS Bedrock
