Senior Technical Lead
Job Summary
To support a large-scale manufacturing engagement, the remote, contract Senior Technical Lead will manage the end-to-end technical separation, migration, and stabilization of R&D and Engineering applications while working EST hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end separation and migration of R&D and Engineering applications, including discovery, planning, and stabilization
- Conduct technical discovery to document current-state architecture and define target-state configurations and migration strategies
- Oversee target infrastructure readiness and manage cross-functional technical dependencies throughout the migration process
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of enterprise experience in application implementation, systems administration, and technology transformation
- Proven track record leading complex technical migrations and enterprise carve-outs
- Deep expertise in multi-tier enterprise application architecture and SDLC deployment lifecycles
- Hands-on platform expertise across Windows Server, Linux, and enterprise networking
- Strong database fundamentals, including SQL Server and Oracle, along with knowledge of enterprise identity systems
