Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Onboarding Manager to lead customer onboarding and ensure successful product implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own all components of customer onboarding, including meetings and technical guidance
- Assist customers with product configuration and provide best practices
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and escalation point for technical issues
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in systems administration with Microsoft Endpoint Management services
- 2+ years in a technical customer-facing or internal service role
- Strong working knowledge of Windows desktop and server operating systems
- Experience delivering training sessions to diverse audiences
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation techniques
