Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Onboarding Manager to lead customer onboarding and ensure successful product implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own all components of customer onboarding, including meetings and technical guidance
  • Assist customers with product configuration and provide best practices
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and escalation point for technical issues
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in systems administration with Microsoft Endpoint Management services
  • 2+ years in a technical customer-facing or internal service role
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows desktop and server operating systems
  • Experience delivering training sessions to diverse audiences
  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation techniques
