Senior Technical Operations Analyst
Job Summary
Providing production support and automation for financial services processes, the full-time Senior Technical Operations Analyst will coordinate scheduling, respond to program failures, conduct root-cause analysis, and identify automation opportunities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Perform technical triage on EASY system applications to diagnose issues and implement resolutions within established Service Level Agreements
- Monitor production performance of back-end processes, mitigate failures, and escalate major system issues to support teams
- Advise on strategic initiatives to mitigate application issues and present automation opportunities to developers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience providing production support for back-end transactional processing systems
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with workload automation tools
- Knowledge of UNIX operating systems and scripting languages
- Experience with SQL and PL/SQL
