Senior Technical Producer

Job Summary

Driving the creation and delivery of captivating interactive story experiences, the full-time remote Senior Technical Producer will manage the development process, oversee project timelines, and ensure the quality of games meets player expectations and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the development process from concept to release, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery of games
• Create and maintain project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and oversee quality assurance throughout development
• Act as the central communication point for the development team, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing concerns

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior/Lead Producer or Senior/Lead Tech Producer with a successful game launch track record
• Demonstrated experience producing engineering and/or tools teams in a game development context
• Strong understanding of SDLC and experience with Agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience shipping titles on console and PC, with knowledge of platform requirements and certification processes
