Senior Technical Product Analyst

Job Summary

To support enterprise banking and collections initiatives, the contract Senior Technical Product Analyst will work remotely, serving as a critical link between business stakeholders, product management, and engineering teams by translating complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
• Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements, functional specifications, and solution documentation
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that support product strategy and business decisions

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Product Analyst, Product Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role
• Strong domain expertise in Banking, Financial Services, and Collections
• Deep understanding of APIs, system integrations, data models, and enterprise application architecture
• Proven experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into technical specifications
• Hands-on experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional documentation
