Senior Technical Product Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Product & Delivery Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide architectural oversight and technical direction for Python-based automation and full-stack applications
• Translate complex client requirements into actionable technical designs and lead solutioning sessions
• Serve as the primary technical interface with stakeholders, guiding decision-making and managing trade-offs
• Oversee execution across technical workstreams, managing priorities, risks, and escalations

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, technical delivery, or solution architecture
• Strong technical background in Python-based scripting and/or full-stack development (React, Spring Boot, or similar)
• Proven experience leading system architecture and delivering scalable, cloud-based solutions
• Experience overseeing cross-functional engineering teams
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience)
