Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Technical Product Manager will shape the strategy for security engagement and automation platform products, focusing on policy management, vulnerability scanning, and access management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product adoption and outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a cohesive product strategy for security engagement and automation across various domains
• Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements and roadmaps
• Mentor a Technical Product Manager to foster strong product management practices and stakeholder communication

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Engineer, or Engineering Manager in a technical product environment
• Experience working in a cross-functional, matrixed organization
• Ability to define a clear technical product vision and build effective strategies for diverse audiences
• Strong analytical skills to assess product value and prioritize features effectively
