Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to enhance platforms for veterinary clinics.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive product enhancements by monitoring long-term projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Collect and evaluate user feedback to inform product improvements
- Support key initiatives by collaborating with onboarding and support teams to enhance customer experiences
Required Qualifications
- A four-year college degree with experience in managing multiple projects
- 3+ years of experience in a product role
- Experience with Excel and data analytics platforms preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
- Experience in leading small feature developments and conducting quality assurance testing
