Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager for SNAP Resupply.

Key Responsibilities

Set and hit targets for automation rates, touches per order, and cycle time while maintaining KPI dashboards
Run backlog refinement, sprint planning, and releases while creating user stories and workflow diagrams
Ensure quality and compliance with HIPAA requirements and collaborate with Services/Support for operational readiness

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a PM/PO/TPM in shipping B2B SaaS
Proven ability to write requirements and workflow diagrams
Analytics fluency with hands-on experimentation experience
Familiarity with healthcare IT concepts and SQL proficiency
Code literacy is strongly preferred
