Senior Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Technical Product Manager to own the strategy and execution of site reliability and platform resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and align the prioritization of DevOps, SRE, and DBRE teams under a unified reliability strategy
• Conduct risk assessments to identify areas for improvement in platform reliability and incident prevention
• Define and track key reliability metrics, ensuring visibility and actionable insights for leadership and product teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, platform engineering, or reliability-focused product/program management in SaaS
• Prior hands-on experience as a software engineer or in a deeply technical role
• Strong understanding of site reliability principles and modern DevOps practices
• Analytical skills to prioritize reliability efforts based on data sources
• B.S. or M.S. in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field; or equivalent work experience
