Senior Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to bridge product strategy and engineering execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product definition and backlog quality by synthesizing input to define market problems and product outcomes
• Drive alignment between vision and execution by partnering with engineering and architecture teams
• Enable predictable, high-quality delivery while measuring outcomes and evolving the product roadmap

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Owner, Software Engineer, or similar role in agile environments
• Experience with criminal data source fulfillment or regulated data environments is highly desired
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage in conversations around APIs and system architecture
• Proven experience balancing feature delivery with platform health, scalability, and security considerations
