Senior Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Senior Technical Product Manager will work full-time in a remote capacity, focusing on developing technical solutions for patient engagement and optimizing A/B testing infrastructures to enhance outreach strategies for Medicare patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business owners to define and advocate for a shared vision and priorities in patient engagement
• Optimize live user workflows and capabilities through monitoring key metrics and user feedback
• Develop detailed user stories and roadmaps for new features, ensuring alignment with measurable outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in technology or SaaS products
• 5+ years managing A/B testing programs in patient or consumer engagement, preferably in healthcare
• Experience with agentic AI or conversational AI performance optimization
• Strong analytical skills, including experimental design and statistical interpretation
• Proficiency with A/B testing platforms and analytics tools
