Senior Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Focused on optimizing product performance, the full-time Senior Technical Product Manager will manage the product backlog for Chameleon, ensuring stability and value while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized and aligned with business value
• Collaborate with Engineering, Support, and Sales to translate stakeholder input into actionable product requirements
• Ensure successful delivery of high-value product work by writing clear requirements and removing blockers

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with established or legacy platforms
• Strong skills in backlog prioritization and decision making
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Support, and Commercial teams
• Experience in SaaS, healthcare, veterinary, or regulated environments is a plus
• Comfort making tradeoffs in constrained environments
